Panasonic Kx - Cordless Phones

Who should I call to install and program a Panasonic KX-T7730 Phone? The local phone company?

I have a Panasonic KX-T7730 phone that my attendance wants installed, but nobody knows who to call or how to get it to work. All of the other phones are KX-T7730's. Any suggestions? Thanks!
