What is the strange looking white tower over the left field wall at Wrigley Field in Chicago?

I have asked many people what those 7 white ring donut shaped objects stacked on the top of a telephone pole are. The prison loom is just to the east of the Budweiser house that can be seen over the Wrigley Territory left field wall. It appears to be
it is my adeptness with that those are sirens for bad weather or air raid, but i have not confirmed that
