In your opinion, what is the best all in one printer/copier/scanner?

I'm vexing to keep the price below 300 dollars. The main purpose of it is to examination old pictures I recently acquired and to print good grade copies of these pictures. I know HP, Canon, Kodak, and several others are at the top of the strand, but
