How to disable Dept.ID Management feature of Canon iR2000 copier?

I accidentally messed with Dept.ID Mangt settings of our photocopier under the instruction to disable it. I got mislaid in the process. Now in order to effect changes, it requires Dept. ID. But the shape refuses to accept the previously set one. What
