Where can I recycle developer bottles (toner) from a copier machine?

The Canon Own up Earth Return program does not accept developer bottles, or other containers. This would cover the Canon GPR 4, 16, and 17 toner cartridges. The cartridges currently in the Washed Earth program are cartridges that can not be recycled

Try thing depot or office max I know they accept many cartridges and even batteries for recycling.
