How to fix a HP all-in-one copier, printer, scanner?

The wheels that upon the paper do not "grasp" the paper like they should and you have to manually graze the paper in. Is there anyway to repair this??
Also, it makes a weird noise when it's processing and since I only recieved this instrument


It is cheaper to buy a new one than try to fix it,
