How to prevent Brother inkjet printer MFC J265 from turning on overnight to run processes?

How to abort Brother inkjet printer MFC J265 from turning on overnight to run processes, besides unplugging it? It seems to drift on automatically and run a cleaning cycle which wastes ink. My old printer wouldnt do that.

This states it automatically runs a cleaning purpose every few days and offers no way to kill that function. Unplug it or put together to a power strip and flip the switch off when you are done using it.
