Do cheap desktop cold laminators from ebay do a decent job on banners?

I use a 24" pigment inkjet printer for printing banners for my own auto patch shops. I usually print on matte polypropylene. We have several banners 24" x 60" that are alternated common. They get stained from being handled by greasy
my magnitude had the same problem.tried everything to stop it happening.then my son decided last year to.cover the walls.he put damp insulating boards up.they were like spread boards but like foil on one side andcement on the other .about half inch thick

Why Use A Cold Laminator?
